If you are over seventeen, hold a provisional License ( though I do provide refresher lessons if you have a full lenience and would like to brush up on your driving skills) and can read a new style number plate from at least 20 meters then you are eligible for driving lessons.

What is covered?
  •  Getting to know the car, controls, instruments, moving away safely plus stopping.
  • Changing gear and using the brakes correctly.
  • Steering, safe road position.
  • Use of Mirrors, Signals.
  • Anticipation, forward planning
  • Approaching  T Junctions, emerging.
  • Roundabouts.
  • Dealing with oncoming vehicles, stationary vehicles.
  • Use of speed
  • Other road users
  • All  manoeuvres covered, reversing, bay parking forward and in reverse, parallel parking  etc .
  • Emergency stop
  • Pedestrian crossings.
  • Dual carriageways, country roads.
  • Use of Sat Nav.
  • Vehicle safety checks.
